Her experience includes human resources management with multinationals and local organization in addition to working with government, semi-government. She has a proven record of accomplishment of leading transformational change to re-energize the capability of organizations.


With her pronounced executive coaching skills; her expertise and enthusiasm for professional development result in an innovative and dynamic approach to learning & development. She incorporates her qualifications in traditional development methods with her expertise as an executive coach to facilitate learning and participant involvement.

She has helped many professionals within the region to realize their capabilities and progress in their career and personal life. She has developed & supported professionals for many corporations in the UAE including but not limited to PEPSI, City Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Dubai World, Dubai Health Authority, Ministry of Labour, RTA, Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities, Dubai Foundation for Women & Children, Dubai World, Nakheel and Juma Al Majid Group

She holds degree in Computer Science from American University in Cairo (AUC), HR Management Diploma from London College of Management in UK, Executive Management Diploma from University of Cambridge in UK, Teacher and Trainer Diploma from University of Cambridge in UK.

She holds several coaching accreditations as Master Executive Coach, Associate Certified Coach, Co-active Professional Coach, NLP Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach, and member of ICF & ICC.  Moreover, she is certified as trainer, assessor, job evaluation, competency development, compensation & benefits design, internal & external surveys design and project manager.
